SHIPPING AND CLAIMS

Packaging For Shipping

Your order are carefully packaged with bubble wrapped, to prevent damage during shipping, to ensure the safe arrival of our products to you. However, in the unlikely event of any products being damaged on arrival, please take a photo of the damaged product, and email to alissagift@yahoo.com, we’ll contact you to arrange for a credit to your business for your next order.

Alissa Gift use the most cost effective and best service providers for our customers. Some of our service providers include Fast Way Couriers, DHL and Australia Post. Our shipping are processed Monday-Friday.

Rate of Shipping

Cost of each freight depends on a variety of reasons, such as, place of destination, weight, size of package. We look for the most cost effective, most efficient service providers for each order. The cost of shipping is noted on each pro forma invoice for your attention.

For Urgent Delivery

For urgent orders, please contact our Warehouse on 02 9869 0886. We will do our best to arrange for your delivery as soon as possible.

What Happens When Some of the Items I Ordered Are Not Currently In Stock?

Our usual practice is to send you what we have in stock currently. If possible, we would also advice you of alternate items (similar to what you’ve ordered). We would notify you of these stock’s arrival, should you still wish to arrange for shipment. Shipping cost will be added to each new invoice, however, as freight costs are dependent on destination point, size and weight, the shipping cost should be approximately the same.

Can You Arrange For Delivery To My PO Box?

Usually, packages less than 20kg can be shipped to a PO Box address. However, should your order can not be shipped to your address for any reason, we will contact you to arrange for an alternate address.

Changing My Shipping Address

Please contact our office with your correct shipping address if you notice we don’t have your correct mailing address in our system. Please email alissagift@yahoo.com to give us the correct details.

International Shipping Rates

We treat our international shipping rates the same as we do our domestic rates. We look for the most cost effective, most efficient service providers. However, please note Alissa Gift is not responsible for any duties/value added tax which may arise by local customs office.

How Long Does It Takes To Get Here?

Our deliveries range from 1-7 business days from leaving our Warehouse, depending on its location, shipping method used. Please note our shipping are processed on Mon-Fri only.

Faulty Item

If you have received a faulty item in your order, please email to alissagift@yahoo.com within 2 months of purchasing.

Missing/Wrong Item

In the unlikely hood of not receiving an item you ordered, or receiving the wrong item in your order. Please contact our Head Office on 02 9869 0886 within 7 days of receiving your order.
